On November 7, 2020, it was cool and slightly cold, and the sun was just right. I invited three girlfriends and eight family members to visit Suyukou.
It was already 10:30 when they arrived. At the entrance of the scenic spot, everyone stopped to watch a group of rock sheep, who were eating grass leisurely like no one beside them. I remember that I could only see the shale on the mountain or on the mountain road before, but I didn't expect to see it here. This may be the right scene for people and animals to coexist peacefully.
Because we have to take care of the physical condition of a fellow worker, our uphill pace is very slow, and everyone does not feel the rapid breathing, on the contrary, we have a relaxed and leisurely feeling.
Climbing to the Songtao Pavilion, standing on the wooden bridge corridor and looking into the distance, I saw the hazy distant mountains, covered with a layer of veil, and the shadows were beautiful, in the misty clouds suddenly far and near, like a few strokes. Light ink, painted on the blue sky. Everyone thinks that the scenery here is very good. It happened to be lunch time, so we found a pavilion and started our lunch. Lunch is a simple meal cooked by each family in the morning, with roasted sweet potatoes, boiled corn and some fruits. We served separately in a dining box or a food bag, which is convenient and hygienic to eat, and it is not dirty, especially the roasted tobacco, sweet and soft, and warm, making it very comfortable to eat.
For the downhill route, we chose to take the Cherry Valley. In the early winter, the wild cherry trees and some arbor plants in Cherry Valley had all their leaves. Only the branches stood, swaying slightly in the wind. Its pale gray, the mountains on both sides and the blue sky formed a natural ink painting, showing Out of the desolation unique to the north. We walked to a scenic spot with "unlimited scenery" engraved on it. At the suggestion of someone, the four of our sisters took a group photo. Although they are no longer youthful and beautiful in high school, they are more calm and confident.
Walking along the Cherry Valley, admiring all the way, looking back all the way, we finally walked down the mountain, arrived at the bus stop, and returned to the entrance of the scenic spot by bus, ending our day's journey. (Guo Huifen)
