On the morning of March 23, 2019, Qiyuan Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. held the 2018 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in the meeting room on the fifth floor of the company's office building. 607 shareholders of the company participated in this meeting.
The meeting reviewed and approved the "Work Report of the Board of Directors of Qiyuan Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. in 2018", "The Work Report of the Supervisory Committee of Qiyuan Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. in 2018" and "The Financial Report of Qiyuan Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. 2018"; Amendments to the Articles of Association of Qiyuan Industrial Investment Co., Ltd.; elected directors of the second board of directors: Hu Jidong, Zhou Hong, Chen Lihong, Wang Haijun, Wu Yongming, Li Ping, and Li Zhongmin; elected supervisors of the second board of supervisors: Zhang Wei, Zhang Lusheng , Kang Lingyun.
The chairman of the company Hu Jidong made a speech at the conference on the annual management review, transformation and upgrading planning, and management reform thinking of Qiyuan Group.
